Floor filter R3-300 Fields of application Filter mats made for the fine dust filtration of the sucking air in ventilation and air conditioning systems, which need a very high clairity grade. Very effective as rough dust filter in a more steps-air system, also as diffusion floor filter in an industry spraying cabin. The R3-300 is combining a very high dust collecting capacity with a low pressure difference. Therefor it is very cost effective and has a long economic life time. Media The filter mat syntetic based will developed and produced in our own hightech-media factory. The filter media, which is made of well choosen and no-breakable high tech seam will constucted in some layers, which will be more and more compressed and result a very high dust collecting capacity by having a low demage of pressure, plus gravimetric separation grade and degree of efficiency acc. EN-779. The R3-300 is thermic bunded and stabilized, for a high dust collecting capacity. The clean air side is smoothed for a correct installation, as cut, roll or pocked filter and for a easy identification the type is labeled. This filter mat is also available as media for the confection of products for advanced filters for the surface technology, like cartridge filters fold filter units or pocket filters. The R3-300 is according all fire rules of the European Union (DIN 53438-F1). The independent quality control acc. EN 779 plus the individual DIN-Logo and type label is printed on the clean air side of all rolls, realizes a stabil quality together with the F5-classification .
Floor filter RA560G(F5) Fields of application High quality card web filter media of synthetic seam, progressive build, clean air side sealed and smoothed. In addition the fine filter media are special equiped fully adhasive and has a filter net on the clean air side. The type of the filter are labeled as "RA 560G". Proofed for using as fine filtration in air technology devices and applications. Mostly used in painting lines and spraying cabins.
Floor filter RA600(F5) Fields of application Filter mats made for using in spraying cabins and drying cones as final barrier contra all particles in the sucking air of painting lines. It provides a balanced air distribution in spraying cabins, which are in use in car mounting factories and repairing devices. Media This filter mats based on syntetic seam would developed and produced in our own high tech factory. The filter media are made of no-breakable high tech seam and arranged in some degreasing close by layers, results a very high dust colection capacity with a low demage of pressure. This filter media are thermic bunded and the complete filter is impregnated with a special glue, where a release of seam particles is not possible while a vibration of a machine, also by difference of the temperature. The clean air side is compressed and smoothed and by the type RA-600 G increased with a gitter seam. The result is a long life time of the filter plus a high fraction separation by having a high dust collecting capacity plus low energy and maintainance costs. This filters agrees with all fire rules of the European Union plus of USA (DIN 53438-F1) and are self-extinguishing. It is consistent contra solvent and also 100% free of silicone. The independent quality control acc. EN 779 plus the individual DIN-Logo plus the type label , with that all rolls on the clean air side are labeled, can we realizze a constant quality together with the F5-classification.
Overspray separator FA 200G and FA 400G Overspray separators of this type consists of high tech fiber seam for the separating of overspray. The special structure availables a high overspray collecting capacity. According the laminate in condition of a high seam compression, what is placed on the disperse side, realizzes a very high overspray collection by all paint and colour types. Overspray separators ar not burnable acc. DIN 4102. This filter media will be uses in the automotive area, several years ago.
Carton labyrinth filter - overspray separator The carton labyrinth filter consists of two walls of folded and on the fold glued carton. High capacity-fine filter cartridges type RK 480 (F5) The filter consists of fiber and syntetic fiber shifts. It has a solid frame of carton and covered with a perforated metal plate on the clean filter side. The incoming air side is closed with a gossamer.
High capacity-fine filter cartridge type RQ 480 (F5) filter construction like RK 480, however made with elastic carton frame, which will be pressed from 20mm (delivery size) to 4 mm (crushing frame).
Filter cartridge Z-line This media serie consists of very fine, high elastic syntetic textile fiber in a stabil carton cell frame. The depth folded filter element has an extrem large filter surface and it is placed in a wide seamed base grid. High capacity-Z-Line cartridges are available in standard measurement and also in special dimmensions with a frame from 25 to 150 mm, with carton frame or alternative with aluminium frame as special version and in classes of EU 4 (G4) til EU 6 (F6).
horse hair- / rubber hair filter mat RM 600 Fiber shift air filter mat consists of a mix of textil fiber and animal hair, which gives a very stabil filter shift. Able to deliver only in cuts with a maximal size of 1.000 x 2.000 mm. Further sizes are available in larger quantity also in thickness of 20, 40 mm.

Paper filter mats RPA I + II Filter mats of recycling paper will be used in overspray separating devices with dry suction. It availables a high separating ratio and at the same time it are able to reduce the costs according long term use. Some layers of paper results together a very high separating area, when it is according small holes possible, that the outgoing air stream can go thrue. According the increasing reduction of the holes will close the holes on the front at a slower rate as that on the back side and realizzes a stabil air passage. Therefor it will be reached a ballanced using of the layers of paper and the air stream is still balanced. That availables a high collecting capacity and a long term using. Compared to fiber mats the life period of the RPA-filter is three to four times. The RPA II will delivered with a ynthetic fiber vlies on the outgoing air side. Therefor it is able to filter particles, that was going dry in the air stream and you can reach a separating grade of 98 tol 99,9%.
